| On May 26 of 1995, the company prepared to set up approved by the PeopleӮs Bank of China.
In Nov. of 1995, the PeopleӮs Bank of China issued ӡFinancial Permitӱ to our company.
On Dem.20 of 1995, the company set up formally with registered capital RMB 50million.
In May of 2001, the company applied for capital increase, share expansion, and overall reform.
In Mar. of 2002, our company was elected as vice-CDR Company of Financial Leasing Professional Committee, China Society for Finance and Banking. Chairman of the board was elected as the vice-chairman of Financial Leasing Professional Committee, China Society for Finance and Banking.
On Jan.9 of 2004, China Banking Regulatory Commission approved our capital increase plan, and the company became the first reorganized financial leasing company since CBRC set up.
On Apr.11of 2004, the company established the first session of shareholder committee, the board of directors and the board of supervisors, examined and adopted new developmental strategy, and appointed the new session of management team after capital increase.
In May of 2004, the company engaged famous advisory company to complete the companyӮs VI vision vivid system design and induct the implementation.
In Jan. of 2005, the company entered the leasing market for telecommunication.
In April of 2005, the company organized the seminar of ”°the Cooperation of Banks and Leasing Companies”±, and further discussed and the promoted the connotation and the understanding of ”°the modern financial leasing ".
In Dec. of 2005, the company participated in ”°the International Summit of Financial Leasing”±, and exchanged on the Chinese financial leasing industry development with others.
